what is next level men’s discipleship?

This is more than just another men’s group. NEXT LEVEL is a 40-week discipleship experience where a group of men band together to grow closer to Christ, deepen their Christian faith, and develop authentic male friendships.

Each week, men participating in NEXT LEVEL have the opportunity to study the Bible, memorize scripture, and read works from leading Christian authors. They also have have a chance to know and be known by a “band of brothers,” to be transparent, to share what’s going on in their lives, and to pray together for each other.

The 40-week experience includes an overnight kickoff weekend, a couples retreat, a service project, leadership development, one-on-one meetups, and other adventures the group chooses to organize.

As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.

WHAT MAKES NEXT LEVEL UNIQUE?

NEXT LEVEL is primarily relational in nature. One of the goals of NEXT LEVEL is to develop strong authentic relationships among the group members. Groups are formed with prayerful intentionality, matching participants with the ideal leaders and other members.

Also, NEXT LEVEL is a 40-week experience. When a group of men share life together for that length of time, the whole spectrum of life is experienced. Men have the opportunity to share the highs and lows of life together, and this is where true friendship and brotherhood is formed.

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
— Philippians 4:8

What is the basic outline of the Next Level curriculum?

The 40-week curriculum is divided into four modules - Biblical Manhood, God’s Word, Real Relationships and Ministry & Leadership. The curriculum for each week consists of four opportunities to spend personal time with the Lord. Each day typically takes around 20-30 minutes to complete. Like we stated above, this is not your typical men’s study. It’s designed to be difficult and to help create new spiritual disciplines and rhythms in your life. We encourage you to jump in and give it all you have. You won’t regret it.
