Sponsoring Organization: 3GEN Ministries (www.3genminstries.org)
Raffle Purpose: All net proceeds will benefit 3GEN Ministries programs and events designed to support and strengthen families in South Carolina and beyond.
Raffle Receipt History: In the last two years, 3GEN Ministries has not conducted any raffles

1. Eligibility

• Organization: This raffle is conducted by 3GEN Ministries, a qualified nonprofit organization registered with the South Carolina Secretary of State.

• Individuals: Participants must be a legal resident of the United States, at least 21 years of age, and possesses a valid driver’s license.

2. Ticket Sales and Pricing

• Price: Raffle tickets are $300.00 each and are not tax-deductible (see IRS Publication 526)

• Tangible Evidence: Each participant will receive a digital receipt with a unique ticket number via email as proof of entry.

3. Prizes

• Prize Description: 2026 Ford Bronco Big Bend Edition. Prize includes the cost of tags, taxes, dealer fees, as well as the required federal income tax.

• Valuation: The fair market value of the prize is $45.582.00.

• Restrictions: Non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash. The winning ticket cannot be sold.

• Prize Redemption: The winner must receive delivery and assume ownership of the vehicle at Anderson Ford (3900 Clemson Blvd, Anderson, SC 29621) and must provide proof of insurance. Winner has 30 days to take possession of the vehicle.

• Publicity Waiver: By entering this Raffle, each Eligible Individual, including each Potential Winner, agrees that their names, resident city, and/or their likenesses may be disclosed to and used by the news media, in lists of Prize winners (name and city only) to be published on the 3GEN Ministries website, and may otherwise be used by 3GEN for publicity purposes, without further compensation, unless prohibited by applicable law.

4. Drawing and Winner Selection

• Date and Time: The drawing will be held on Saturday, April 11 at 1:00pm

• Location: The drawing will take place online at https://app.randompicker.com/live/896115x45964 and will be announced on 3GEN’s website, social media pages, and at our PURSUIT Men’s Weekend retreat taking place that weekend.

• Selection: The winner will be determined by a random drawing. All entries have an equal chance of winning. The winner does not need to be present to win.

5. Odds of Winning

• The odds of winning depend on the number of tickets purchased. A maximum of 500 tickets will be sold.

6. Taxes and Expenses

• Taxes: 3GEN Ministries will issue an IRS Form W2-G and will pay the required federal income tax as well as the dealer fees, taxes, and tags related to the sale of the vehicle. However, the winner is responsible for any payment of all other local and state taxes resulting from the income attributable to the receipt of the prize. It is the responsibility of each participant to acknowledge the value of the prize and the associated tax effect and liabilities in light of their personal financial circumstances.

7. Disclosure Statement

• 3GEN Ministries is registered to solicit charitable contributions in South Carolina. Financial information and the proportion of gross receipts used for charitable purposes are available upon request from the South Carolina Secretary of State.

8. Cancellation

• 3GEN Ministries reserves the right to cancel this Raffle at any time, at its discretion. If for any reason the Raffle is cancelled, 3GEN Ministries must reimburse the purchaser of each Raffle ticket, in the amount of the Raffle ticket purchased, within ninety (90) days of the Raffle cancellation date.

• 3GEN Ministries, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, is conducting this raffle under authorization from the South Carolina Secretary of State.

• Ticket are $300.00 each

Who is eligible to purchase a ticket?

• Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid drivers license.

How many tickets can I purchase?

• You may purchase as many remaining tickets as you wish.

When will I receive my tickets?

• Tickets will be received via email from DonorBox immediately after purchase.

What are my odds of winning?

• The odds of winning the raffle prize depends on the number of tickets you purchase and the total number of tickets sold. The worst odds will be 1 in 500.

Is my raffle ticket tax-deductible?

• No. The IRS’s position is that amounts paid for chances to win in raffles, lotteries, or similar drawings for valuable prizes are wagers, and consequently do not qualify as deductible charitable contributions.

How do I know I have been entered?

• We will use RandomPicker.com to draw the winning entry. Participants can check their entry using their ticket number at https://app.randompicker.com/record/896115x45964

• Tickets must be purchased before 12:30pm (EST) on Saturday, April 11

Do I have to be present to win?

• No. You do not need to be present to win.

If I don’t want the vehicle, is there a cash alternative?

• No. There are no cash alternatives to the prizes won. If a winner does not accept the prize, another winner will be drawn from the remaining tickets.
