REALMAN Jamboree
The first ever REALMAN JAMBOREE Father/Son Weekend is November 6-8, 2026 and will be held at Hughes Bend near Central, SC. This 80-acre property on Lake Hartwell features wide open camping areas, several open air pavilions, running water, a bath house, electricity, and many outdoor activities.
This weekend will be a rich time of fellowship, discipleship, and adventure. Fathers and sons can expect to be challenged spiritually, laugh heartily, experience adventure, begin new friendships, and grow together.
The cost of this event is $150 for a father and a son and $50 for each additional son. The weekend cost includes two nights camping on the property, TWO dinner meals, access to all activities, the first annual REALMAN Jamboree T-shirt, and all supplies needed for the planned group activities on the weekend.
NOTE - REALMAN groups will be responsible to bring your own food for breakfast both mornings and lunch on Saturday.
WHY A REALMAN JAMBOREE?
For the past 18 years, REALMAN Father/Son groups have held quarterly gatherings on their own at multiple locations. This new REALMAN JAMBOREE weekend experience will be a gathering of many REALMAN groups from all over the upstate…and possibly beyond! The event will be filled with all the elements of an authentic REALMAN experience. Biblical manhood teaching, Man-skill stations, fun activities and competitions, great meals together, and adventure around every corner.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
REALMAN groups will be responsible to bring your own food for breakfast both mornings and lunch on Saturday. REALMAN groups will each have their own private campsite and bonfire area. There will be plenty of activities planned for the large group, but there will also be space for REALMAN groups to plan some activities and time together on their own.
WHAT IF I AM NOT IN A REALMAN GROUP?
If you are not currently in an existing REALMAN group, you will have the opportunity to meet and camp with other fathers/sons on this event. It will be a fantastic opportunity to experience the REALMAN program together and meet others who may be interested in forming a group going forward.
SCHOLARSHIP FUND & FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
We also have options where you can register and make a contribution to our scholarship fund to help other men attend the weekend at reduced cost.
